Contractors Our primary objective is to work in partnership with contractors* to provide clients (people who are socially marginalised or at risk) with long term sustainable programmes of education and training that will lead towards further education or employment. Examples of the kind of programmes that we have delivered within various sectors can be found in this section (see left), and short decriptions of the actual services provided to clients can be found in client services. Our programmes are based on OCN Level 2 progression routes leading to a Level 3 course in Preparation for Work. If you are interested in working with us on the creation of your own accredited courses, then please see Accreditation Services.
Clients are often supported at different times within different sectors. This can make it difficult for clients to access continuity of education and training and can lead to problems in achieving qualifications that will make a real difference to their chances of rehabilitation and employment. To address this problem we have created a passport system that can assist contractors in the provision of cross-sectoral client support.
However, we recognise that contractors sometimes don't require a long term support programme for their client groups. For these groups we can provide short term, non-accredited projects. Such projects could include:
*We define a contractor as a person or organisation that employs us to run services to their clients.

'We are very pleased to support 'The City Wakes' project which will provide people with mental health problems with an opportunity for involvement in an exciting and creative festival of music and arts. The project will challenge traditional stereotypes about mental illness, and complements our own work on tackling discrimination and promoting recovery and social inclusion.' Please note that all our courses can be adapted for delivery at different levels. New Projects: Through our recent merger with Insight Arts, we inherited two projects that involved the London Probation Service. The first was called Put it Down, a musical production that tackled the theme of gun and knife crime with young people on probation. The second was a training programme called One to One that has been designed to provide guidance to trainee mentors.
